Dean Parisi
Mr. Parisi is responsible for the development and execution of the AMA’s Emerging Markets strategy. He focuses on supporting transformative outcomes in combination with leaders in health information technology organizations, government health regulators and ministries as they pursue healthcare innovation, health finance initiatives and global medical data standards adoption. Before joining the AMA in March 2018, he held a variety of global leadership positions for twenty years with global technology firms headquartered in North America and Europe.
Dean holds a Master of Business Administration from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in international business from St. Norbert College. He also studied at the Università per Stranieri in Perugia, Italy, and the Institute for American Universities (IAU) in France. He is a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, AMCHAM Dubai and a guest lecturer at Concordia University in Chicago. His public service includes serving as an elected Board Member and Trustee for a local government institution.
